THE FOLLOWING LOCAL RULES WILL BE ENFORCED.

-- On temporary courts with net standards using a cross bar between the net posts: if the ball strikes the horizontal bar before going over the net, it is a fault. If the ball hits the bar after crossing the net, it is still in play.
