Over the years, many people have graciously opened up their homes and allowed players to stay while participating in the games. Here's the procedure and rules:
The guest submits their request to us.
A contact person talks to the prospective guest and gives the guidelines.
He or she must know how many days they are staying.
They are told they get a room only.
Meals are not included and transportation is not provided.
A host may elect to provide coffee and cereal in the morning.
After verifying the rules with the guest, the contact person puts the prospective host in contact with them.
