Vice - Commissioner - Venue

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Plan, implement and co-ordinate all support activities for the ASO Pickleball event at a designated venue. Such activities may include the Opening Ceremony, hospitality, parking, sale of food and merchandise, hosting of players, post
tournament party and other functions necessary to assure a first class event.

** Recruit and train volunteers to organize above activities. Monitor and support these volunteers.

** Arrange for finances to support all activities, and provide interim and final accounting to Commissioner and the host AZT Pickleball Club.

** Serve as a member of the Players Committee, which is responsible for the seeding of ranking players and provide resolution of any issues regarding players.

** Assist Commissioner where needed.
